Top quality. Just called them up and had 4 new maxxis tyres on my car and a Lazer alignment done to perfection in less than an hour. Very good service and good mechanic too. Will be back in future. Cheers.

Changed the tyre OK, but it took them an hour past my appointment time to start, and then it took them 20 mins after they were finished to print off my receipt and give my keys back. They really need to speed things up.
I was here today, I was quite happy with the place, I only needed a new tyre as I woke up to a completely flat one. Worth noting that I was here as they opened at 8am, but they took my car and it was done on 15 min.
Maybe slightly over priced but it ridiculously.

Terrible level of service, I don’t understand how a room full of at least 5 staff members in an open office couldn’t see me standing in the reception for a prolonged period of time before even being acknowledged, twice!. I don’t understand how you can order the wrong tyre size after being given the correct information 3 separate time, admit ownership then blame your computer systems. Staff here are pleasant on the phone, but I haven’t long left this place and can’t explain how bad the service was, from one gent in particular who just seemed like he couldn’t be bothered, never knew changing a tyre in a tyre shop would be such a hinderance. Thankfully managed to stop by a garage Close by who not only had my tyres in stock thankfully but also provided an excellent service.
Booked 2 tyres via Blackcircles to be fitted here. This included a 'free brake check', 'Free tracking check' and a 'Free winter check' which was a bonus as the window wash fluid ran out 2 days before and I kept forgetting to refill it.
Dropped it at 10:45 for my 'PM' slot having been told to leave it early as possible. Was advised it could be as long as 2hrs. Maybe 1pm latest. Fine as I work nearby.
I returned at 1:30pm and it was still sitting where I parked it. I popped into the office and was told they would call me back when it was ready, so back to work I went.
I returned at 4pm and they were just fitting the tyres. Wasn't pleased but fine. Just get the tyres on. Eventually I got the car back (without the additional 'free' checks, and still without water in the scooshers).
Car was pulling to the left a lot. I got onto the M74 and sped up. The car was shuddering like it was driving down a light of stairs. If I lifted my hand off the steering it could have went left around a roundabout.
Once I pulled off the motorway I phoned them about it. And they told me it probably needs laser aligned and would be chargeable.
I didn't bother going back. Instead I got onto BlackCircles and booked it into another garage for alignment free of charge. I will be using this other garage in future.
Just had exhaust supplied and fitted for half the price Kwik Fit quoted saving £140. Also checked a slow puncture and advised that only a valve needed replaced. Less reputable outfits would have recommended tyre replacement.
