Lovely traditional bakery near the main carpark / bus stop.

I live in the area and have been to this shop a few time's. When I 1st ever went here I couldn't believe the attitude of the woman serving. But I put it down to her having a bad day. after returning 2 more times it was obvious that this woman is just down right rude with NO customer care. All I can say is she must own the shop as no one in there right mind would employ someone like this.
Amazing little bakery,the filled ham salad rolls were fantastic.infact all the food we had from there over the week was faultless. Lady behind the counter was very friendly and had a good chat and laugh with us,will definitely use again when we return to brixham...pasties are great....
I've been in the Strand Bakery several times when Ive been on holiday down Torbay over recent years ,I've enjoyed everything I've bought from there ,thier pasties are gorgeous,never had any problems with any of the staff in the shop either, everyone who's served me has been good as gold . Looking forward to going in there again
Great selection of fresh pasties and cakes of all kinds. Let down by one of the most unhappy looking sales people I have ever witnessed. I mean most people don't like their job but when you're customer facing, at least try to be nice to the people actually buying your stuff!
Very friendly staff, good food, great prices, the size of some of the cakes is unreal, love a good old fashioned bakery and not the usual chain store rubbish, you can tell love has been put into making these products. (can for size comparison)
A true hidden gem of a bakery unbelievable choices wonderful cakes and pastries and the jumbo sausage rolls are of biblical size ( feeding of the 5 thousand)
