Went to get a prescription and the pharmacist had left the building no explanation, queues of people waiting for their prescriptions that were just sitting there on the counter! Couldn't be given out because pharmacist went AWOL. Waited an hour he still hadn't returned? I left so did others!
Why don’t they ever answer the phone?
Very rude people as well, wish there was a better pharmacy for me to go to but unfortunately due to not driving I have to use this pace.

Just an edit to say I’m urgently trying to see if my child’s medication has been sorted, as naturally I don’t want to drag my kids out to walk to the pharmacy and it’s not there, but I’ve rang 50 times today and no one has answered. This is absolutely DISGUSTING.
Why is there not another local pharmacy???!!!! Why have a phone if you don’t answer !!!???
Apparently I had to bring ID to collect my medication for my child, I have been going to this pharmacy for years and never been a asked for ID but apparently the people there on the day never knew me after waking 40 minutes to collect the prescription I was refused it, I did happen to call Monday when it should have been ready and it wasn’t ordered and again on the Tuesday and again they had forgotten to order the prescription finally on the Wednesday it was ready to collect and not once was it mentioned to me I needed to bring ID
Absolute joke they really need to train proper staff properly and learn how to speak to patients the lady and man was both rude
Over charging for basic medicines.
People should really complain to the MP & council before posting google reviews. These do nothing to make change.
This pharmacy needs someone with a bit of initiative to improve their processes. You need to wait 10min for a prescription without queue. If there’s a queue don’t bother waiting, you’ll be there for a long time.
Shockingly bad service from the man with the turban. He got the sales assistant to examine me and turned and walked away when I asked his opinion. Is this the sort of service you would expect?
However busy you are, you should never treat your patients/customers like that. Carry on like that and you will not be busy for much longer.
We are encouraged to come to a pharmacy instead of going to a doctor in the first instance. I will not make that mistake again with this place.

I’ve only chosen one star as there wasn’t an option for no stars ! Absolute shambles . Family member left without medication over the weekend ! I’ve been to the pharmacy twice now and still don’t have the required medication for them . I didn’t opt for this pharmacy, the prescription was sent automatically by the health service…well it won’t be in future!
Myself, my son and husband get repeat prescriptions every month, and every month this pharmacy manages to mess them up. Specifically my son's, either not ordered, not chased when it doesn't come in, no communication, incorrect items, no willingness to help when it goes wrong. Not to mention all but perhaps 2 members of staff here are so rude.
