Dreadful, a relative obviously needed antibiotics, was prescribed steroids. The following day we had to call a paramedic. Good job I recorded the convo. Long line of poor treatment - in which this team have been part of. Also, apparently they couldn’t access medical records. Yep! Ok.
My dad is elderly and visited the surgery today the receptionist was so rude to him just told him to dial 101 I was on the phone and she refused to speak to me just shouted at my father how disgusting I presume she dose not have elderly family member. I couldn't hear her cancelling appointments as the dentist was off sick it's not patient fault u are frustrated. Be profeshional this was today at 10 am disgusting
their service is absolutely terrible.they booked my physiotherapy appointment a month ago.they had my all information and today morning i been to this centre and the physiotherapist explained me they are not providing the service i am asking for.they just waste my time.a month they didnt realise they should atleast let me know before the appointment.its their responsibility to let the patient know about the services and check all the requirements.sorry cant give me back my month wairing.poor service.
Staff especially Helen where so lovely & kind, got seen straight away and got medication I needed. Definitely reccomend this place
Can never get appointments. This is the only surgery I’ve ever known to only do same day appointments. Have enquired about prescriptions and never got called back, haven’t heard from assigned health visitor since my baby was 5 weeks- she is now nearly 9 months. Called them up regarding this and was told a health visitor would be in touch. This was two weeks ago and still haven’t received a call. The actual doctor I’ve seen was rude and barely checked over my daughter at her 6 week check up, unless squeezing her legs is an efficient enough way to check for issues. Definitely changing doctors as I have never been met with such ridiculous service. You are responsible for people’s health so act like it! I’ve received better integrity from takeaways!
The Reservoir Road doctor's practice, is a very badly run surgery, where the receptionists are very unwelcoming to the patients, and to make an appointment either by telephone or in person, is almost impossible, because you are kept waiting on the line endlessly, only to be informed that if you are lucky enough to get through , that there are no appointments available, and to try again tomorrow morning or afternoon after 8.30am or 2pm.
Although it's a different matter if they happen to be calling or texting you.
Needed walk in centre on Sat evening. Called 111 and put through to Stockland Green walk in centre. Excellent service. Great nurses. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got prescription and very happy.
Good service. I went there to get myself registered as an international student and the lady in reception was very friendly.
