A horrible place. I got offended by them all the 3 times I went there. They charged me insane amount of money for their service as well every single time.

My visit to STICKLAND Pharmacy was a complete letdown. The place was incredibly unclean, especially the makeup section I was interested in. To make matters worse, when I asked the owner's daughter about a skincare product, she became irritable and defensive when we tried to discuss what would be more suitable for our needs.
The uncleanliness and unprofessional attitude made the experience truly unpleasant.

This is my favourite pharmacy in London. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I feel like the staff really care about me and my well-being and go above and beyond. 5 stars all the way!
