Needed urgent change of 2 tyres including 1 puncture on pre May Day bank holiday weekend - Greg, Carl and Tim are superb as always and got it all done including replacing locking nuts by close of play. Trust these guys with everything they do and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended and great sense of humour to boot. Thanks as always guys. ????????????
This is the 2nd time I have used Sterling garage. The first time was an MOT which was done recently and the car passed. Today I picked the car up having dropped it off yesterday being quite concerned that I had a fault which had activated the Engine Management light and traction control. I am highly impressed with the support Greg showed when I phoned and reported the problem. I was worried as the car was not driving as it should. Greg’s team carried out the necessary work and the car is now running as it should. Thank you Greg I appreciate your help. I will be back for the yearly service in June. I highly recommend this garage and it has been serving customers for 30 years (I discovered this today). A 5 star service all round. Thank you.
They were really busy, but managed to fit in a small minor repair to a windscreen wiper, for a nominal fee. Pleasant polite, easy to deal with. They have done a couple of services for us also in the past , which were fairly priced and I would certainly return.
If you want a good honest garage that truly do look after their customers then look no further as the guys down at Sterling service centre are extremely knowledgeable, they always go the extra mile and just recently they’ve really looked after me and done me a huge favour. Carl, Greg and the other guys are all very approachable, so whatever your problem is whether its a big or small job or sounds daft or not please get in touch and I’m sure they’ll get you back on the road and with a smile on your face in no time.
Superb and friendly garage who do their best to explain what needs to happen with your car next, the costs involved and then always perform a quality job Have been using these for a while now and had no issues, I strongly recommend them.
Needed Mot doing next day at short notice, squeezed me in as they had stack full to do! Done in reasonable time, fair prices, friendly and courteous! Thanks again!
After a week and a half of taking my car to the garage, it went back to the same problem only worse (extremely heavy steering and bubbling noises) i called them to try get it back in and they were full all week, which was fine, so i decided to go to The drive in, in Shipley, they had to do £500 worth of work as whoever had topped up my cars power steering fluid had put the wrong one in!! So complete new steering wrack was needed ???? not what we needed when my husband has just lost his job and im on mat leave!
Great service at reasonable prices! Will definitely be back.
