I have had the pleasure of visiting Stephensons Car Garage for some repairs and maintenance on my vehicle a few times now. I have always been greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff that have made me feel welcome and confident in their abilities.

Whilst on the 1st day of our holiday my Audi TTS hit several potholes and 'obliterated' my driver's rear spring. Rang them up explaining how desperate I was to get a repair to avoid it ruining our hols. Within 24 hours both my rear springs were replaced and I was back on the road! Can't recommend them enough. Was a fair price as well. Thanks again to everyone working there :)
MASSIVE help from this fantastic team whilst here on holiday, i had a problem with my car , such speedy outstanding service, problem solved in whirlwind time, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our car became unsafe while driving on the dual carriageway from Scotland. This was the closest garage and thank goodness it was. With only 30mins left before closing, they couldn’t have been more helpful. It was cold and dark, we had are three children with us and we were made to feel at home. My kids were given hot chocolate and us, tea and biscuits. My car was looked at immediately and the cause diagnosed quickly. Couldn’t be more grateful for the service provided. Highly recommend!

They repair your car quickly for a fair price.Friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I have used the garage 3 or 4 times now. I even dropped in on the off chance and they were happy to stop what they were doing and have a quick look at my car.
Fitted us in last minute for an MOT as I had completely forgotten! And fixed a niggling problem last year with my wife’s fiesta! Great service and communication from the team
The clutch on my elderly Focus started slipping whilst on holiday in Northumberland. David Stephenson and his staff fitted a new clutch in record time so I was able to get the family home safely. Thank you !
