If I could give zero stars I would! The pharmacist has no interest in anything other than lining his pockets. Zero care for the mental well being of patients.
Absolutely awful went to collect my grandmothers medication as she has a broken hip so isn’t able to go anywhere I was told they didn’t have everything she needed so she’s have to contact her doctors to get them to send another prescription to a different pharmacy, when we called the doctors they had said that they shouldn’t have given us anything and should have contacted the doctors themselves so the staff was in fact just be extremely lazy and unhelpful the lady who served me was so unprofessional in every way will not be returning.

Had used for many years but the service has deteriorated dramatically. When you call to chase your repeat prescription and you hear the pharmacist commenting “she’s not the only customer”.. you know that you can get a better service elsewhere. Such a rude and unhelpful team who should concentrate more on customer service - I cannot support a local business who treats customers with such contempt.
I was visiting Stevenage and unfortunately after an asthma attack needed to find a specific inhaler that other local pharmacies couldn’t get. The pharmacist managed to source it and get it for me that afternoon. Marvellous service especially as it was Christmas Eve and grateful thanks to the staff at Stearns for saving my Christmas!
Wonderful pharmacist and staff. I needed a emergency perscription filed today as my own chemist had messed it up. They called 111 nhs on my behalf and stayed open to ensure i got my perscription. Cannot praise and thank them enough
There is a sign in the window requiring customers to wear a mask when entering the shop. You would therefore expect the staff to be taking Covid precautions seriously. On Friday the 10th the young man serving was using his face mask as a chin guard. I had to return today the 11th to pick up the prescription and the young lady serving was doing the same. What an absolute disgrace.
Always welcomed by pleasant, caring and helpful staff. Pharmacist on hand to advise. Never made to feel like just another customer and prescriptions dispensed in a timely way. No. 1 5* Pharmacy in my mind.
