Needed my tyres changed as instructed on MOT and located a place near work (as MOT centre do not handle tyres). As a woman going into a garage, its at times intimidating as these places are male-centric but the team here were friendly, efficient and sorted the tyres. They take card too, which is great!
Just went to these guys with my bmw they are the best iv been to in Birmingham great communication, prices are the best, now i will always use these guys A++
Make sure to take pictures of your alloys before they take the tyre out in case they damage them. Mine was damaged, clear visible damage done from one of the metal bars they used to take they tyre out while using the machine. They denied it was them and after much arguing they said they'll fix it. Contacted them few times to see what's happening and they ghosted me. Just avoid and spend few extra £ and get your tyres changed from a proper place.
I went to this garage yesterday just by chance. I thought I had an exhaust issue. The mechanic looked at the exhaust and told me it was a melted plastic bag causing the issue. Phew!!
How nice to find honesty. I decided to have a service with them today 07th March.
Car dropped off at 10.30, all done for 1.00pm. Great job to boot. The manners and the honesty of the mechanic means I will use this garage with any future issues.
He even cleaned the plastic off the exhaust which he included within the price. I am 1 very satisfied customer ????????I would recommend this garage.
