Have been here several times for medical appointments and COVID booster jab. Plenty of parking, handy location, modern building. Not had any problems. There is a handy pharmacy too though not used it myself.
A warm welcome from all the out-of-hours receptionists who helped to reduce our stress levels at a difficult time. Thanks, too, to Dr. Chan who was very kind and knowledgeable and gave us so much practical advice and reassurance.
Had amazing out of hrs experience, 111 was lovely to me, dr rang encouraged me to go in to be seen he said they are always there just ring 111,had the apt, then dr also rang today 24hrs later to check on me. Excellent.
Im not saying the surgery is excellent as its not i have moved to a different surgery because medical group no good, new surgery is brilliant. And is it tauras out of hrs they hold out of hrs at medical centre which was brilliant 10 out of 10. Thank you. Out of hrs team. Sallyj??? D.

Respiratory hub centre 5 stars! Called for child, straight appointment. Lovely smiley kind and very professional approach of our Dr/ nurse also got second opinion of dr just to confirm. Didn’t take notice of their names but I must say I left with smile on my face. Lovely people no muzzle abuse smiles well done ????
Would be 5 star. Be aware of parking rules. I am 84 , never been there before. I parked car, displayed blue badge, and entered registration inside. Said it was accepted. 3 days later, got parking charge for £100. Paid £60. Wrote an appeal. Still waiting for refund after it being cancelled. Parkingeye are very efficient, and ruthless.
You hit a wall when trying to get an appointment..the receptionists are helpful but I’m still no further forward .. you wait on the phone in a queue of 20+ anything from 15 -30 minutes..I have been trying to get an appointment for approximately 2 months..I have several medical conditions 1 being breast cancer.. I really don’t expect any special treatment.. just 1 appointment with a medical professional..but it seems to be asking too much..a receptionist helped me fill in an online form at the surgery which was helpful and kind of her .. but I’ve heard nothing..this new system is not fit for purpose..
A great and helpful reception team with an excellent call back service. Dilligent care and advice from all the doctors and medical staff.
