Normally my drinks are made to a decent level, however my frappucino was extremely watery and didn't have coffee inside which I asked for. The woman at the till was miserable, no smiles, talked to me like I was wasting her time and she quite literally chucked my food on the counter towards me instead of passing it like a normal person. The rest of the staff are lovely, areas kept clean.
Staff were very nice and my Mrs loved her Iced white mocha. Great selection of cakes and plenty of seating.
Visited again and the drinks recommended by the barrister was amazing.
Staff could do with training on how to smile! Never seen such a happy bunch. Considering there’s 5 staff on, there’s no cleaning. Tables filthy, staff stood around without a care in the world.
Come to this Starbucks frequently and overall staff are nice and quick with service and my drinks are always made as expected and taste great, however, there has been the odd occasion where staff seem miserable and uninterested in serving customers and I’ve had my drink order forgotten about and left waiting longer than I’d like.
Very disappointed!!! When spending £3-£5 on a coffee you would assume that the “barista” knows what there doing!!!! No one knows what a double macchiato is!!! Paying for an extra shot and getting just milk!!!

Almond croissant was awful. Super light and airy but not in a good way, more in a longlife, not freshly made way. Literally no almond paste in it. The coffee (americano) was tasteless, I could barely taste the coffee. Poor but they know how to charge! Total rubbish.
Drinks only drinks could be better seem to get different taste each time you go maybe because of different staff in this unit

Absolutely shocking service having to ask three times for my drink and waiting over 20 minutes for one drink would give it 0 star if I could never again
