I visited this Starbucks twice in one day in 2022, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. The car park has a three hour maximum stay and they sent me a fine saying I had been there for six hours! I had literally gone twice in one day only and stayed around 15 minutes each time. I appealed the ticket and they said basically they don’t care and that they want money!
They were attempting to take me to court over the fine and I ended up paying £170! I will never visit this car park again!
PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Lovely coffee shop tucked away in this shopping area. Very clean on our visit on a Sunday morning. Not to busy as just opened but you can only judge on what you see and taste. Parking available outside and a tasty strong coffee was enjoyed. Would recommend and will call in again when in the area
This is a strange coffee shop. Use of the space doesn't quite work. A large area is left empty giving the feeling that either an ecentbis about to be set up or the budget ran out for additional seating. Add to this the mostly naked walls and I'm left feeling as though I'm in an airport lounge without the thrill of a holiday at the end of the experience.
The staff are very pleasant and rhe drinks and service is fine. The staff were working flat out to keep customers served which left rhe tables cluttered with used cups and plates. An additional member of staff would have solved this problem.
Quite poor service at this restaurant, staff didnt engage well, and just made up order and placed on the side of the counter without saying anything upon pickup, I was really surprised at the way they chose not to interact, considering id been very patient and just waited to be served
Good coffee as always and professionally trained staff. The decor is very dreary in my opinion and has a very "warehouse/factory " like feel to it.
The design is lousy, very minimalistic but it looks well ahem cheap, also the ceiling is high and the place feels empty, not cozy at all
I'm not a big fan of Starbucks food. The staff are very friendly and good at what they do. The place is really good to relax or do some work. They have comfortable chairs, also study tables and lots of power sockets. It's also pet friendly.
Enjoyed another latte & hazelnut cross auntie nice relaxed atmosphere escape from the elements we will be back
