Very clean seating areas with helpful staff. Great selection of drinks and some lovely looking cakes on display ???? Not long to wait, and we were quickly sitting down enjoying a chat with a cuppa and 'treat' ????☕️ ????????
I've ordered 2 caramel frapuccino...and I received 2 frapuccino with a drop of caramel.
Initially they came with caramel cappuccino and I refused because I asked frapucino.
If you don't have caramel please inform the clients not invent another drink...
It's slightly cold and drafty due to the position of the seating area and the door.
On a positive note, the staff were really lovely, polite, and friendly.
Coffee and pastries were delicious as to be expected
Service was so bad. Cass (one of the employees) was very hot headed and when i asked her to clean the table, she gave me some napkins and said "clean it yourself". I did... Because none of the tables were clean.
Also, they gave me an ice latte on a mug... Yeah it's strange here.
Poorly stocked, could be cleaner, food has a basic selection but nice enough, well when they actually have it stocked. Young staff trying hard though.
Went here yesterday, we had to wait to be served even though four members of staff were just standing chatting.. backs towards us not even acknowledging us.
The barista - who was a coffee master had a lack of knowledge when we asked what cold drinks were on the menu, that weren't creamy and she suggested a caramel cream or strawberry and cream frappuccinos.
No manners.
My food came to the end of the bar and I stood waiting whilst a drive thru order was collected then they started chatting again and I requested where my drink was. Apparently it just wasn't made. Even though there were only 2 of us in the queue and one person ordered a tea.
Not a great first experience in a Bradley Stoke store or impression of Starbucks.
Would not recommend - food is bought in so barely difficult to put into a turbo grill for 30 seconds.
Vegetarian options I just wouldn't recommend people going to that store in general
Always pop in when we drive by! I always use the drive through service and have never had any issues. I’ve ordered drinks that are quick to make and some that take a little longer than others with no issues ☺️ Our passenger always gets herself a treat too ???? Staff are lovely, polite and well-mannered even when it’s busy! Always a pleasant chain to visit :)
The place looks nice and tidy from the outside. Unfortunately it is not the same inside. I visited four times and each time the tables were dirty. I go to Starbucks because I am sure to find a certain standard but not here. They can't make a cappuccino. I was served hot water with a splash of milk and coffee. Very disappointing considering the price. I really hope they will send someone from heading to train the staff properly.
