Regularly get takeaway drinks. Staff getting much worse for missing things out or doing drinks wrong. Never adding milk or always adding cream. Just laziness, not paying attention or putting things through right.
Returned drink only to have the exact same problem and had to return it for a 3rd time lucky ????
Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. However if you're looking for somewhere to have a quiet coffee this is not the place. It was more like a nursery with lots of toddlers running around
I can't stand places that allow dogs into a coffee shop. Some people have them on the seats and management don't say nothing. I even saw one just wondering looking for scraps. Absolutely disgusting. STARBUCKS policy states no dogs
Only coffee shop in this part of the city. Can get very busy in the morninhs and lunch time . Service is good and jt offers any other starbucks does. Lots of seating area too. Great for a meeting or alone brake
Place needs a manager !!! The tables are always full of dirty cups and plates and the milk sugar bar is full of dirty dishes too. Today I came in and stood a good few mins before one of the 6 standing came over ! They seem to want to chat away to each other more than work !! there was hot chocolate spilt on the floor beside the windows but the 6 young staff were just stood talking to each other or on there phones rather than clean it up or clear the tables. Also I dont no what they clean the seats with but you always stick to them. A manager is desperately needed in this place as it’s a nice cafe
Dont go if you want oat milk. The staff dont seem to ever order any in.
Went to drive through yesterday for a decaf PSL with cream for end of week treat. Wasn't decaf. Had no syrup (the whole reason I drove out for one tbh). Cream had melted into a sorry puddle when I was handed it at the window. (Was also 5p more than it said on menu, but will let that go.) Disappointed ????
