Ordered a few times from here and mostly always wrong. Ordered caramel latte and just got a normal latte. Ordered a tea, weren't asked of we wanted milk or sugar so realised we had nine after we drove away. Their bacon and sausage baps have been almost cold on a couple of occasions. Need to up their game as all other Starbucks are excellent.
Went I again this morning. Ordered a croissant warmed up, and it was piping hot and rock solid! Once the pastry had flaked off I was left with an overheated pastry that wasn't edible. Won't be back!!
Incredibly over priced. Just over £12 for 2 medium iced caramel frappes and 1 cake pop or whatever they are called.
The frappe was kinda tasteless. Not good at all.
Can't fault the service though.

Superb addition to Carlisle Road,it's a good size and has lots of parking,a mixed group of folk including mums,dad's with kids,students and folk on laptops,plenty of seating and a great selection of hot and cold food and coffees,great if your in Lidl next door and need a coffee there is also a drive thru
Used the drive through order a white hot chocolate and a cappuccino with caramel, the hot chocolate was a 3/4 cup of warm milk and the cappuccino had no caramel. The wee specky ginger boy at the window was extremely snide when I asked if the order was correct before we drove away
Service was good. Drinks were as expected if a bit expensive but that's Starbucks. A few tables were cluttered and it wasn't busy - only downside
Absolutely LOVELY! Perfect iced matcha with extra vanilla was delighted thank you, young woman on window was so polite! Here everyday staff probably sick of me

If I could give less Stars I would. Was told by a very snappy attitude blonde lassie that she's just opened the drive through and the tills will freeze (how they are connected are beyond me). For a coffee shop to have no Pastries at all is shocking.
If your looking for a place filled with Attitude this is the place.
Suppose things can only get better. Was in and counted 11 staff behind the counter all wandering around not really doing much and no real purpose. There was about 5 customers either been served and waiting on order or waiting to be served it took 10 around minutes to finally get served even tho the girl serving didn't really seem to bothered about serving waiting customers
