Nice New Starbucks ???? Drive Through.
Nicely Spaced Out Inside Seating Area With A Seating Area Outside.
Popped to meet a friend at 5pm for a long overdue catch up. The staff were so friendly and chatty and shared how much they were enjoying working there. Really liked the layout and decor, there was a nice feel to the place. An all round friendlier, warmer more efficient experience than Elliott's Field. If the staff have the time moving forward to stay that friendly, enthusiastic and happy to see customers you're on to a winner.
Had a lovely experience with him for a nice coffee and a sandwich lovely service. Lovely spacious, place and a free cup for refills
Popped into the new Starbucks to catch up with a friend. Was served by Dylan; who provided excellent service with a smile. Ordered a Caramel Waffle latte which was delicious. Will be returning.
Been to this Starbucks a couple of times since it opened. The team have always been amazing. There is a different feel within his store than other large corporate chains.
Fully recommend this store well worth a visit for the service and coffee.
Wow nearly £4 for the cheapest hot chocolate, The coffee prices are just ridiculous, they don't take cash, card only and half the items are not on the menu behind the counter .. only seasonal items. You do get a couple of stars for a polite team member behind the counter who seemed somewhat embarrassed about the whole thing.
An amazing addition to Rugby, great coffee, food, free WiFi and the atmosphere is perfect for work or family.
The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Ashleigh who always goes that extra mile. It’s my office from home.
Wow, I came to lunch at the fine establishment not long ago and may I say the customer service is remarkable. The lady who served me, I'm right the lovely workers name was Ronnie and she gave excellent reccomendations, and really made my day. The atmosphere is really lovely and welcoming, close to the feeling of home. 10/10 I deffo reccomend to anyone who loves great customer care and a warm lovely environment!????
