Nice new premises, plenty of parking, plus a drive through. Only two staff working when we went in and a queue soon appeared, staff where busy with the drive through, plenty of space to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee, couple of tables where a little grubby with crumbs and coffee ring marks. Would go again and would recommend, hopefully next time they might have a few more staff.
Spacious and chilled space with comfy seats and sockets below the middle aisle seats for charging. Delicious Mocha made without foam and extra hot as requested. Polite and friendly staff. Cinnamon bun was outstanding - I think it's the best I've had. Safe and well surfaced car park with no time limit (at the moment). Good place to chill or do work. The only slight negative that can't be helped is the prices are a little steep for coffees. I paid about £5 for my large Mocha, which is under £4 at a Co-mpetitor!
Decided on drive thru. Got to the speaker placed the order and was asked to drive on around. Got to the window and the price quoted was 4 times higher than I was expecting as it wasn't my order. I was then asked if I placed an ordered which seems an odd question as why else would I be in the drive thru queue so for whatever reason my order that I placed wasn't logged. The person serving was able to make it and I was on my way. If it wasn't for the order fault then would have given 5 stars

Terrible experience. I buy drinks from Starbucks cafes up and down the country almost every week, so I know what to expect. Never had such terrible service! The lady who served us (a scowling, curt, Middle Ages woman with glasses and short brown hair) was incredibly rude! My husband told her that I have coeliac disease and she interrupted him mid sentence, curtly saying, “we can’t guarantee gf at all” and kept repeating “it is what it is.” Even though we just asked her to wash the jugs out before making my drink. A serious attitude problem that needs correcting by management or area management. Felt uncomfortable staying, so we ordered to take out.
Very slow service, staff would rather chat than serve. Manager incredibly unprofessional having a loud conversation on her phone berating another member of staff in earshot of customers.. Wont be going again
