Lady that served me today , brown hair , really lovely , understood that I am pregnant and needed a pregnancy craving ???? I got a caramel frappe with no coffee , EXTRA EXTRA caramel drizzle and she was very generous ???? Thank you so much
Delivery guy spilt my drink and went before I could check, opened the bag and all my drink was in the bottom of the bag.
Quick phone call to the shop and even though it was out of their hands they gave meadvice on what to do plus offered to replace it if I came down to the shop.
The whole point of getting it delivered was for ease, I've been cleaning my wood stove and giving it a service so was covered in soot so didn't want to be driving to a coffee shop.
Thank you to Starbucks for replacing the drink!
The lady behind the counter wearing glasses. I did not see her name otherwise I would have mention her name. She is very rude to the customers. I am not really happy and I would never recommend this place to anybody. Starbucks is my favourite place th.usually go for her customer service it was the worst customer service I have ever seen

Had a lovely hot oat milk cappuccino in Arnold Sainsbury’s today. I must say it was the best cappuccino I’ve had for ages and there’s not many places who do oat or goats milk for those of us with intolerances. The staff were very pleasant and the place was lovely although the table could have done with a wipe and the floor needed a little attention but only from foot traffic. Can defiantly recommend ????
Love it! A little pricey but worth it. Plenty of parking, if you are going for breakfast, use the side door, they are open from 7.30am.
Visited on Saturday morning. I never buy coffee so had no idea what I wanted or if there was anything sugar free and not low fat. The employee was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
