quite a nice place, I ordered medium Americano with milk, price 3.8 pounds. friendly staff, you can buy not only coffee but sandwiches, desserts. toilet clean, without outsiders smells. the only minus - the staff does not have time to clean the garbage from the tables - so very few clean tables. I drank my coffee near the counter.
Went on a fairly quiet morning. Very good, quick service. Hot drinks hit, not lukewarm. My breakfast roll was a bit dry, felt like it had been kept warm too long. Seems like the teething problems have been sorted out though. We waited 15 mins (shock, horror ????) on the weekend that it opened so pleased to find super quick service.
Asked to get our table cleaned. Member of staff said okay and then just didn’t bother.
Went for a late coffee after a long exhausting day at work, and this barista called Mel served me and was the most nice and delightful person I have ever met, she could tell I was exhausted and I was finding it tricky to ask for what I wanted and she just helped me out when it was also quite busy as well. Bless her. She was very fast with my order and just got on with her work! Very hard working perfect with communicating and customer service and just a delight to have serving me! Thank you Mel!
Just ordered a strawberry acai after checking twice with staff that it was caffeine free as sensitive to caffeine..enjoyed my drink only to find out it is caffeinated with green coffee! Roll on another migraine. Thanks staff think you need some training
Identical drinks received were from two different baristas and massively inconsistent with one another. We found one clear table that had not been cleaned, and there were six tables that remained uncleared or cleaned for the period of time we were there (~45-Mins). This was clearly frustrating customers coming into the nice newly built franchise. You pay a premium for the Starbucks branding but the experience is poor relative to other Starbucks in cities, and honestly also compared to other coffee shops in the town.
Would've been quicker going to forfar! Awful service, ordered 3 drinks, took 5 mins for the first waited another 10 mins for the second waited another 10 mins for them to not make the third until asked again, given a small instead instead of the large paid for, no ice in either frappucino but don't think it would've made it taste any better! Worst Starbucks I've ever had.
Waited ages at the counter for a coffee and cake as Drive Through takes priority - you may have time related targets but walk in customer are also important
