Disgusting service, the server Paul keep chatting with the female servers, when the drinks ready they left it at the counter and get cool, they never call the customer name. The gril server awful service. Place not clean and unhygienic, picture attached. The worst starbucks service in the world. Bad attitude.
Asked for two drink in white coffee's got two black coffee's, one in take away cup, the other in porcelain mug. Asked server, poured one into mug and gave me a cup with milk in...I had no way of carrying three mugs, then went to sit down to find tables for of rubbish and debris. And to finish me off , one coffee was cold.......back to Costas I go !!
Probably the worst Starbucks I've visited.
Early Sunday morning, three customers waiting in the cafe including myself.
The staff managed to get all three orders wrong!
The person in front of me called for the manager and complained. The manager was disinterested and unapologetic.
I won't be visiting here again!

My goodness - I didn't think it could get any worse but it has!!!
The worst drinks i’ve ever had made, and they get it wrong every single time. It’s almost as if they’ve never had any training, the drink quality is appalling. I work at a starbucks myself and never in my life would I or anyone I work with make a drink that badly and give it out to a customer. Please stop making iced coffees the wrong way round!! It tastes absolutely vile. Get some training.
The service is awful. I used drive through , took so long and when I finally got my drink, it was not how I ordered. I asked them to make new one but they insisted that this is the right drink. They put the double amount of syrup in my drink so I could not drink. I won’t go there again. The attitude of the staff was so disgraceful.
A damaging represention of the brand. Before you even get in it stinks of sewage. Then the service is routinely slow, and often rude. Staff chat to each other whilst serving you, it’s poorly managed as they don’t have enough staff to run a drive through. Possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve been in. I’ve been on a few occasions in case I was just unfortunate but it’s similar each time I visited. Avoid!
Well making you stand there and wait over an hour at the till for someone to acknowledge you so you can order a coffee is disgusting and disrespectful. No apology no nothing. Your staff need training even though that’s the basics skills of a human or that’s what I thought!!
Got both drinks completely wrong this has been a common theme with this starbucks. Drinks did not taste right as I have starbucks at least twice a week. Poor service. Would avoid this one! Not the staffs fault - they need the proper training.
