I mostly use the drive thru and the wait can be a little lengthy around peak times but generally it's quick enough. This is more than made up by the pleasant and friendly serving staff. Their customer interaction makes it a pleasure to order there and I visit repeatedly as a result.
Lovely new Starbucks. Not sure when it opened but it wasn’t that long ago I was on the road and I don’t remember seeing it. Avoid when schools are coming out as the racket from the kids is phenomenal! Plenty of parking. Huge queue at the drive through. Love their tea - the best I’ve ever had. Could do with more seating.
My favourite starbucks - maybe because i can sneak off after dropping ny kids to school round the corner! Staff are usually very nice, service is fast and ive never once had an issue with the drinks - im quite severely allergic to cows milk and the app has everything labeled, and the staff are able to check as well! Fast, clean, friendly :)
Truly woeful. A blonde roast latte is not a cup of hot milk that someone has run past with an americano. Tbh, I believe that they are reusing coffee grounds. Been in Starbucks franchises in many countries but if this was your first, you might think Tim Hortons was ‘good’. Won’t be back.
Been working remotely in Starbucks for a month now and the service and drinks have been great.
Good air con, friendly staff, free drink if they don’t have an item in stock and clean toilets.
Generally on use the driveway and contrary to the usual starbucks drive through they always get the order right.
In recent times, starbucks has gotten a bit over priced.
Worst Starbucks in Belfast everytime we've been in they get something wrong or forget something!! Staff run about like headless chickens tables never clean spillages left on floor just chaos continuously!
staff can’t read the stickers on the cup apparently as my drinks are wrong every single time. they’re also sold out of any food item i seem to ask for each time. for a new store you would expect better.
