I mainly use Long Sutton Starbucks, the staff are excellent. I will say that a couple of them stand out for me and they are Michelle and Migle. They are both helpful, very polite, well mannered, always cheerful and your greeted warmly by them.
The service you receive is excellent especially when they are working
I don't frequent Starbucks but the staff in here were absolutely brilliant. What a team. They seemed to know what the other was thinking and were happy and entertaining. Even enjoyed a chat when they had time wanting to know where we were going and if our holiday was good.
Truly awful service, came inside and two people were working a fairly quiet shift. It took Michelle and Kelsey 15 minutes until we were acknowledged to be told “we will be with you shortly”. Waited a further 5 minutes until we decided to go to the BP garage across the road and used the Starbucks machine in there. Everytime one car came around the focus was on them and not us and it was not even busy with a queue. Very disappointed
Came in Friday, was served by a lovely woman called Michelle really helpful helping me choose exactly what drink I wanted. Very good service all staff were working together with a great team energy
I always use Long Sutton Starbucks, your staff are excellent. I say one stands out for me and that is Michael Honeyman. Goes up and beyond to help, very polite, good manners, always has a smile, and greets you when being served excellent service all round.

I would like to say I went in and the staff (Finley)did amazing at his job he has such great attitude to his work staff. He was amazing at making mine and my dads drinks
Dead quiet and they still got my order wrong. The staff didn’t seem very switched on.
Went here on Friday 29th March and experienced a very awkward, hostile experience where to me, a young lad was being bullied by an older woman. The young lad was clearly overwhelmed with a busy environment. The older woman shouted at him, belittled him and stormed out, all so that the entire store could hear. The young lad done amazing in circumstances he shouldn’t have been put in. I didn’t catch his name annoyingly (I should have done considering the older woman shouted his name numerous times!). He was running around trying to get everything sorted, and still tried to continue when he was left on his own for a short time after the woman stormed out. I can only speak for myself but I hope that he knows that I certainly don’t feel he should have felt embarrassed at all. The older woman should feel embarrassed by the way she acted towards him, and he should know he shouldn’t have to put up with bullying in the workplace, no matter how stressed people may be.
