Quality as expected from Starbucks. Open venue, plenty of space to queue. Visited a dozen times and staff have always been well trained and friendly. Had a wide variety of drinks but the iced caramel macchiato is a favourite and one that's available all times of year. At the far side of the venue it opens up directly into Sainsbury's, right beside the Argos section. Plenty of parking in the Sainsbury's car park.
Food: standard Starbucks food, you always know what your going to get :)
Service: brilliant, always friendly. My daughter spilt her whole hot chocolate on the floor :( and we went to get bits to clean ups they gave us what we asked for and then bought over the mop etc.

So we came in a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience with extremely rude female staff who were too busy talking to one another and because of this we were not going to come back. However I had to pop to sainsburys and we decided to give it one last chance. Adam and Joe made our experience so special and completely turned around our opinion. So happy and smiley not in a fake or Over the top way but simply just by being friendly and welcoming. They problem solved to perfection twice, once because of my error and once because of my nieces choice in drinks which she didn't like one of the new flavours, Her drink was promptly swapped and didn't even charge her. Well done to Joe and Adam on great customer service and we will definitely be back.
Ordered via the mobile app, said 5-7 minutes for availability, walked in after 5 minutes and coffees were ready and waiting. The lovely girl behind the counter checked which order I was to ensure I had the correct drinks. Lovely service, clean, roomy store, and good drinks!
It’s very busy, staff badly trained and the delay for the drink is excessive. People waiting up to 30 minutes for drinks and the drinks seemingly not coming out in any order.
It’s new, but management need to get a grip quickly if this is to be a success.
Was excited to get my pumpkin latte, only to be disappointed with the whole experience, I asked for the reusable cup the girl had no idea what I was talking about. I explained I wanted the reusable cup with my pumpkin latte in as advertised on the screen behind her. She said they don't have them in. I then asked for the price of the the ones that was on the shelf as there was no clear price on anything! She said they was £15.99 ???? I ordered my coffees and took the paper cup provided but i decided I wanted the £4.99 colour changing reusable cup took her all her effort to interact with me. In the end the lad cleaning the cake stand came over. Very poor service wont be returning the coffee was basic didn't taste very pumpkin latte like.

I am very fussy with my drink, I like a smooth chocolate milk style drink. Leonie was very accommodating and told me exactly what is in and how to make a drink I would be happy with. Absolutely brilliant service. And she didn't laugh at my odd request. Which is rare ???? thanks again Leonie.
