Was nice and warm place, felt relaxed and chilled, staff polite and helpful. Clean tables and chairs.
My wife and I went through the drive through this morning and had the nicest, most helpful and just the friendliest lady serve us. Her name was Tracey and she made our experience really enjoyable. We had 2 bonus coffees to use and she provided expert and friendly advice. Nothing was too much trouble and she is a real credit to the store. Thank you.
Haven’t been to Blyth in a while so was pleasantly surprised to see there’s a Starbucks now, a good addition to the town I think. There are other reviews complaining about customer service but I had no issues. It was a weekday morning though so might be different at busier periods.
It’s very clean and tidy i side and the music isn’t too loud, there’s plenty of seating and it’s well lit.
My wife had a flat white and was really happy with it, I had a chai latte and thought it was a bit too sweet but still nice. Drinks come in generously sized cups. Starbucks prices aren’t the cheapest but if you’re going to a Starbucks you shouldn’t be surprised by how much things cost.
One of the only starbucks i’ve been in that don’t allow dogs… really disappointing in 2023… starbucks uk state that they’re dog friendly but at manager discretion so very upsetting when we walk in with our pooch and a server loudly shouts “dogs are not allowed”. No more custom from us in winter, our dogs come everywhere with us and love a pup cup! Please sort!
Coffee s ok but was out walking with dog with friend no dog bowl with water for dog available outside my friend had go buy bottle of water for dog which is disgusting should at least provide a dog bowl with water for dogs with walkers also no bins outside for rubbish staff not really helpful regarding dog
Was served this morning by Alex! He was running round serving 3/4 parties at the same time on a busy Sunday morning. Food was brilliant. He was friendly and efficient. Thanks Alex!!!
Used the drive through, staff are usually quick and efficient but there is one rather large old lady (name tag says Tracey, but am unsure she would know even her own name) who is so bad she always screws up the orders, I don't understand how she still works there, wouldn't suprise me if her son is the manager as she is that poor.
I ain't the only one who seems to have problems with this person so I always try to avoid this star bucks when possible if she is serving I can guarantee the coffees go straight into the bin.
Went for coffee with the fam'. Great coffee, great service, was very quiet when we visited, hence the 4* atmosphere rating. Will visit again.
