Use Caledonia park regularly with my daughter. The team there are so warm and friendly. They work so hard. Never disappointed with my orders. We always get a good service. Brilliant team. Merry Xmas xx
Understaffed. Tables and chairs covered in food and drinks. Had to clear away own table to have somewhere to sit. Fella on till good service other two not interested
Love Starbucks drinks always Fabulous and love the size of the cups ❤️panini was so good the little Christmas ???? shaped cake nice and festive nice treat was a bit out of my comfort zone price wise but fine for a occasional treat ❤️car park large plenty of spaces door big enough to get wheel chair in ❤️xx

Brilliant service from start to finish from all staff - particularly Suzanne and Kyle who both seem to know the brand, products and customer service inside out. Nothing was a problem, the service was prompt, the coffee excellent and there was even a "thank you" and "goodbye" on exit (something I've very particular about and enjoy receiving!). Overall, a very good experience and I'm pleased that Starbucks has FINALLY arrived at Gretna Gateway (or Caledonia Park as it is now). Well done!

The best Starbucks I have ever been too! The staff are amazing, especially Suzanne and Caitlyn, they suggested I try the iced white mocha with hazelnut and sweet cream and it was perfect. They sold it well and made it even better. Ten out of Ten, definitely recommend!
The staff aren’t friendly at all.. all empty tables are dirty even when the staff are just standing about they don’t clean the tables
