Usually I like to share a good experience and just let the poor ones improve but for a Starbucks this is.. terrible. The Americano wasn't great, especially when you consider how much it costs and the staff are not really interested.
The coffee is really terrible. The employees are rude. Can't you wait outside without buying coffee? They make a new rule every day. These are simple actions that would not suit a big company like Star Bucks. I don't know if there was a need to humiliate themselves so much. The previous employees were more warm-blooded and greeted the customers with a smile, and the employees are constantly changing. I could not match the quality of service in such places with such a big company.
21:30pm and the store is closed, even drive thru. Staff don't look at you even though I was trying to get their attention.
Right now it's 9:50pm and it's showing close at 10pm. But when i asked them, they said close. Woooow, is this starbucks service?
This Starbucks is a drive though as well as a traditional shop. Service at the drive though was quick and efficient. Staff are super polite. There are also electric car chargers on site. So you can charge and sit in and enjoy a coffee from a cup! Petrol garage next door as well.
The Clotted Cream Fudge is just horrible. It’s looks as horrible as its taste. Not sure if this drink should even be given to the customer. Waste of money!
Half the time I come here their ice machine is always broken so there aren't any cold drinks available. But other than that their service and food is good.
The service is terrible, I always get something every day because I come to load the car in front. one day I asked to use the toilet and he told me it's out of order, after 2 min the other people used it. I asked why and they said I don't know ???????????? I don't buy anything here anymore
