I’ve been here three times since it opened in late 2023. On all three occasions. The staff are frankly quite rude, there’s no hello or cheery greeting. As you approach the counter and often they are busy dealing with drive-through customers, who, on my observations, seem to have priority. Once ordered, the drinks take longer than I would expect in a branch of Starbucks which never seems to be very busy. They also do not accept cash which in my view is a major disadvantage. I think there are better places in Banbury to enjoy good coffee in a better ambience. Maybe a senior member of staff or a manager on site would improve things.
Can be a little slow sometimes depending on the shift and occasionally get orders wrong but that's improving as you see more 'permanent' faces. Staff are generally very friendly, welcoming and professional.
Exactly what you expect from a roadside Starbucks with a drive through. Service with a smile. Same coffee as the other stores. Not a long wait for drive through. Quiet and plenty of seats inside. I go a few times a week around 7:30-8am.
Ordered at the drive through waited in the line for 40 minutes. When we got to the window they didn’t even have our order and didn’t offer to take it then just pure rudeness she started asking us if our names were different names i don’t know why Cus you don’t give a name a the drive through. No staff looked happy and no respect given the other Starbucks in Banbury is ten times better. I’m sorry but if you don’t like your job and don’t want to do it don’t work there, don’t make someone else day start bad Cus you have a low iq I mean we went before got order pretty quick but when we got home it was just warm milk not a hot chocolate absolute joke get new staff and NO ONE GO THERE go to the other Starbucks.
