Helpful and professional staff. Very patient - I couldn't decide what to order.
But display with new sort of hot chocolate came to help so I ordered that Caramel white hot chocolate with cream.
All prepared very fast and it was really delicious.
Nice new modern and roomy Starbucks. Drive thru or sit on comfy chairs and relax, catch up on a few tasks on your laptop or phone. Bright clear windows. Good selection of drinks and food. Staff friendly and it has a nice relaxing feel to it. Great for a break from driving.
I drive around the UK a lot and this is the BEST Starbucks. The coffee is always as it should be. You know sometimes when you get a coffee and it just doesn’t taste good? Never here. Always perfect. The staff are friendly and polite as well.
Really disappointed, this is not a large drink at all. If I pay for large / venti latte it needs to be large drink not filled half way whilst I have paid full price. Not acceptable
Been here a fair few times now as its our most local one since opening. Never had an issue, always lovely and polite, but most importantly a decent coffee. Keep up the good work. Always clean and tidy!
Been there for lunch time coffee and toastie, probably 4/5 lunchtimes in a week. Staff always friendly and reliable, bar one but that's just because she wasn't paying attention to the customer when serving so she wasn't listening to m when I was asking for stuff. However my point being, the first time I went the lady gave me the cardboard sleeve on the takeaway cup, all other times after I've had to ask for it and sugar, and they just hand you the sleeve flat. I'm holding coffee cup on one hand, trying to open the sleeve in the other hand and having to pull it apart with my teeth whilst trying to hold everything. Wouldn't it be better service to ensure that they put it on the cup before giving it to you. Surely that's the point of them!
My better half and I visited the new Drive Thru Starbucks on the new Balderton services.
Skinny seasonal latte and a skinny normal latte both with extra shots. I'm not normally a fan of Starbucks, but these were really good ????. Added some velvet cake roulade type thing, which was also nice but not as good as the coffees.
Staff were nice but only 4☆ due to forgetting the cake ????!!!
The cafe inside was good and well maintained, including the loos, but lacked a certain something.
Overall, a pretty good place to walk to from Balderton for a coffee without the hassle of going into Newark. Added benefit of Burger King and Pret a Mangle on site ????????.
Been here 20+ times since it has opened. Always dined in, never used the drive through.
Always served quite quickly, the tables are all relatively clean and tidy, even in very busy times.
It's not the best Starbucks I've ever been on, and it's not the worst.
