Probably the nicest Starbucks I have ever been in. Wish they were all as spacious and nicely decorated as this one. Really nice.
A very spacious Starbucks with the usual drinks and standards of service you would expect from a Starbucks. Car park situation is a little strange – there's not much of it and it seems like you have to drive through the drivethrough lane when you leave, which can take a while at busy times.
I love this Starbucks, I honestly didn't think it would be very busy with the location but it always is. Atmosphere is great, colleagues are friendly and service is good. Only downside is, parking! Which I find at most Starbucks to be honest, spaces are limited and small.

I travel from the North to my sister's in the village. I arrived very lave and put my car onto one of the EV chargers then popped back in the morning for coffee and breakfast. Result ????
Lovely and clean , good service and my sister wanted a coffee with dairy free and got 3 options of milk.

I don't drink coffee so this is only my second time at any Starbucks, so this may be an anomaly. I ordered a hot chocolate & a slice of banana loaf. The chocolate was hot but tasted rather 'powdery' & the banana loaf, although a generous slice, was dry & tasteless. Had I not been about 5 miles away when I tried to eat it, I would have returned it. I threw most of the cake away & didn't finish the drink. A bit disappointed.
Good coffee. Not much good interaction between customer and staff as they have ear piece in to take drive through orders. Used own reusable cups but staff put wrong drinks in cups. Plenty of seating. Small car park.
Everything about this place is a shambles. The coffee is mediocre at best, and for the most part, is lukewarm. The staff are inattentive and rude, and act as if you're an inconvenience when you want to get served – he even tipped my coffee all over the counter top and tray, borderline on my toast, and just watched me struggle with it. It's about 1000 degrees in there, which everyone was complaining about, yet nothing was done about it, and the parking is an utter nightmare. It's such a shame because the design of the interior and the architecture of the building is stunning. Shame it's owned by a money-grabbing corporate chain that don't care about it's customers.
Ordered a caramel hot chocolate with oat milk, they tried to give me a classic hot chocolate made with cows milk.
Luckily on the drive thru I realised it was incorrect when the server said the drink.
I then had to wait 10 minutes for my drink to be remade.
I would not recommend this Starbucks if you have an alternative milk for an allergy ( oat milk is just my preference).
Unfortunately I only realised when I got home they forgot the caramel. The young woman who took the drive thru orders was not very polite/ friendly and obviously failed to understand my simple order. Awful customer service - the staff need training in customer service skills. If I could give zero stars I would !
