Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Dirty!
This is the first time I've been since it reopened. It's 12.45pm on a Saturday and not busy.
The tables are dirty and mugs etc are not collected or tables wiped down. There's no toilet paper in the toilet. The floors are dirty and full of leftover food. The 1st drink I got had a lipstick stain on the cup and so did the replacement. (Unless it's from the machine?)
Quite shocked at the appalling cleanliness!! I asked to speak to the manager who didn't appear!
The panini I had tasted nice though & so did the drink but it's just difficult to stomach in the filth. Please sort out the lack of cleanliness/ management.
10£ coffee and signature breakfast. Right I will try to keep it short. Medium (blond roast) medium vanilla latte went into the sink, because taste was like warmed up milk in a microwave. Breakfast (signature lol) truly is signature of greed, few ingredients at premium cost. Anyway, not been in for like a year, I think I will stay out of there for another year….
Very quiet at 7.30 a.m. which is just what we wanted. Good range of vegan and vegetarian options. An awful lot of bacon in the sandwich. Hadn't been to a Starbucks in years. Pleasant surprise.
Chai tea latte was made perfectly and the staff were very friendly and asked all the right questions. BUT! There were only 2 staff on a bank holiday lunchtime, so naturally they were run off their feet and the place was a mess. They should have at least 3 if not 4 when it's busy. I felt sorry for the two employees!
And one last point... the cinnamon rolls look disgusting. ????
Just had to walk out now. Feel completley ignored. Stood there for 10 min waiting to be served. No other customers infront of me, just 2 staff only serving some kind of take away drivers, and ignoring cutomers inside the building.
The staff are always friendly and fun to talk with. They always make you feel welcome. We always go to the one at kirkstall. Even the dogs that go are well behaved. Would recommend this place to anyone. Xxxx
Love Starbucks and their coffee, but the 3 staff working that day were terrible. I have not seen any of them before, but they were more bothered about the conversation they were having between themselves rather than serving and even acknowledging me the young lad who served me didn't even say a word to me me but the machiato coffee the girl made me was spot on
Says it was delivered but the delivery never arrived. No way to contact the restaurant.
