Staff nice, can't comment about food cos all I can have (gf) is crisps !!
They dis continued the only item I could have which was the cheese and ham toasty and they were lovely.
Refuse to take cash so I won't be using them any more, there are plenty of Costa places around that do !!
I will not be TOLD I have to use my credit card, i will use it when i want to, CASH, USE IT OR WE WILL LOOSE IT !!
The staff were really great, the cappuccino good, but the toasties were limp and the seating stained and unattractive despite staff keeping surfaces clean. Expensive, as expected.
During a journey along the A1, this Starbucks proved to be a veritable oasis. Not only were the staff top-notch, but they even took it upon themselves to engage my son in a bit of lighthearted banter. It was the perfect pitstop – a welcome respite from the weary road, with a touch of family-friendly charm, not often found in modern business, thrown in for good measure.
Quick stop on the A1 as a driving break.
It was ok. Food selection limited, no cakes at all. An average visit for a quick coffee stop, nothing special.
I was served by Zach, he was very polite and patient with me because I'm dyslexic and can't pronouns the coffee names. Zach helped me find the coffee I wanted and made it with passion and enthusiasm. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks and ask for Zach to make you a coffee because he does it best.
P.S. The toilets were super clean and there was loads of toilet paper.
Stopped here on route to grab a coffee! Staff really friendly & the place was spotless. The staff while it was quiet were litter picking the carpark!
If the toilet is a reflection of the rest of the operation here.... very disappointed that the two ladies I had in tow had to use napkins as there was no toilet paper available. When was the last time these facilities were checked I wondered ? I spent 10yrs working for a leading fast food company and the toilets are probably the most important facet that you face a customer with...bar looking into your kitchen ! Great location. Great coffee...but please, somebody needs to walk the store every 15 minutes to stay on top of stuff like this. ????
Staff was so welcoming and friendly ???? Coffees were fresh. Everywhere was shiny cleaned - including toilets. If you go to the north from London, this Starbucks branch is the best option to stop on your road trip ????
