Not been to a Starbucks for a while and I'll not be rushing back. There's plenty of other coffee shops that can be visited .
I've given three stars as the service was quick ( noone else queuing) and the staff were pleasant and it was warm and out of the wind and rain.
Tables were not being cleared and cleaned. The floor and chairs were mucky. I hate chairs that have left over food wiped onto them from the tables. And it was not busy. Only one person came in after us. The latte had a bubbly top but not frothy. Not a great taste and I'm not sure it was full fat milk used.
Disappointing.
Puppy had his first ever puppachino here, loved it! Always loved Starbucks coffee, the atmosphere always has a friendly vibe here and the staff are super friendly ☺️
Cheap and cheerful and convenient. Coffee good with quick counter service. Although it was quiet, the limited staff weren't exactly rushing to clear the tables and make the surroundings more pleasant. There was even a half finished piece of cookie on the service counter. Good enough I suppose.
Popped in for a coffee and a muffin while shopping with a friend. Not a cosy, comfortable place- basic chairs and tables scattered around the sides of the room. The service was slow - as always in most coffee shops- although it wasn't busy. The coffees and muffins were delicious, but the experience was marred by the sound of the assistant banging the coffee implement on the counter - it sounded like constant building work in the cavarnous room. I understand the need to tamp the coffee down but surely this could be done on a rubber mat ? My friend said it was giving her a headache.
Really disappointed, I asked for a large latte and it came in a plastic cup, not a mug despite saying I was staying in. Asked for a mug, was told to pour the contents into the mug. It came up to half way. £4.75. It was supposed to be my treat.
First ever visit to Starbucks. My daughter treated me to a hot chocolate and frankly, it was heavenly. Bit pricey to be a regular thing, but will definitely treat myself next time
Went in as part of shipping trip, ques long, and waiting time likewise. Staff trying to oblige, but made little impact. Make your own atmosphere, food and drink fine.
Ordered on the app for collection. After waiting 10 minutes I was told the item I'd ordered was out of stock. Staff were friendly but unapologetic. They need to make sure their stock is up to date!
