I am regular for willow place Starbucks last 6 months and all the staff members are incredible like David, caprice, jimmy, Anne , Tarkesh and few more but don’t remember names, I was bit lazy to download app but today Tarkesh requested again to me to download and get free cup with drink coz he knows that I always buy iced white mocha blonde no cream grande. So finally I got the app today and my free cup. Hurrey. Thanks to all team
Long time since I have been in a Starbucks, especially this one in Wellingborough. Only had drinks - coffee and hot chocolate (not in the same cup!!). They were fine. The atmosphere was good for a random friend/Business meet up. All clean and tidy.
Staff here always extremely friendly, do the best cappuccino here, always with an extra shot!

Nice set up with plenty of relaxed seating. Comfortable and easy going place.
Lots of people clearly come as groups to sit and chat.
Coffee and food is as expected from Starbucks and service is adequate.
Still a bit hit or miss and still suffers at the weekend from tables not being cleared even if it’s quiet .
I am not so regular for Starbucks but yesterday I went 1st time to have coffee and it was amazing experience. Jimmy and Tarkesh were 2 people working at that time and they both were great. I took iced latte and Tarkesh explained me about some cup event for 18th and 19th . I am really looking forward to get me free cup with iced drink.
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere but almost never has eggnog for the eggnog latte at Christmas time. Have been going here for years and have had more instances of not being able to have it than being able to. ????
Good service and amazing exp visiting store.
If you have cash you cannot get a drink, card only. Appalling especially being out with a disabled client who doesn't have a card.
