Callum served me today. I have found the staff so friendly and helpful. The up beat voice whilst ordering my drinks and food was very pleasant.
I actually said that the staff when praised should have badges for exceptional customer service. Little Starbucks badges Bronze, silver gold and even a diamond with some bling for those with that extra special customer service acknowledgment.

Visited Starbucks in Peterlee , popped in to buy a quick orange ginger shot while i was waiting for a fried, starbucks refused my cash as the young teller informed me they only accept card payments.
Ridiculous as most young people do not have access to cards, so they are missing out on the sector of the public, out of principle , i left the juice shot on counter and left.
New build, so very light and plenty of room. Servers had our drinks sorted quite quickly, even though they were serving the drive through as well. Met a friend, so were able to have a chat without feeling rushed.
Very happy to remake my usual as had waaaay too much syrup in 1st time. Lovely staff, very patient of my 2yr old banging doors!
Terrible service worst service at a Starbucks I’ve ever gotten anywhere they literally are so rude staff needs to be replaced ASAP they seem like they don’t want to work at all when they don’t even have many customers at all. Also they’re always claiming the don’t have like half the menu which is ridiculous.

Sausage Bab was ok, nice roll but sausages were just 2 compared to 3 at Costa and more pricey
I was a victim of fraud because the driver did not deliver my order even after calling me for my address & I gave him the address and my partner waited outside but instead of delivering the order was cancelled but I still had to pay & went to help section but because they cancelled the order I could not get any help and so it was a scam order & be careful when ordering from Starbucks.
