Always great service & spot on coffee here but today a lady called Naomi went the extra mile, after my 3rd visit to the counter (I have a toddler????) we attempted to leave only to discover our car had a flat battery. Even with a busy store Naomi basically jumped over the counter to help us! Super grateful & wish we could do more than leave a review! Thank you so so much!
My first visit, today - absolutely lovely, with great friendly staff. A special thanks to staff for holding onto my phone for me, so I was able to collect it after work. Will be back again, very soon. Thanks again
Sneaky little stop off at Starbucks exeter. Great friendly service as always. We grabbed some hot chocolate one with peppermint in which was delicious! Also picked up a new Starbucks theme mug as on special offer at the moment (30% off)! My son grabbed the navy bling one which was quickly used for a deluxe hot chocolate and marshmallows (staff even washed it for him before filling)
The staff here are amazing and really friendly. I was served by a Lewis today and he was really helpful and kind. It makes the whole experience so much nicer. Will 100% recommend this Starbucks.
Jack was awesome and called out my drinks in the best way every, he was helpful very polite and store was clean and well lit cakes and sandwiches look nice toilets were clean and smelt fine display it's nicely presented drinks were as good as always and we didn't have to wait long for them even though Sam was apparently on his own in the store great new store
Hey it's a Starbucks, it's ok, food quite processed compared to an independent shop, but you know what you're getting. Good coffee, better than others
Quite dirty, smells bad from the moment you walk in. Service friendly but coffee took a while, would’ve been nice if baristas continue their chat after finishing the order

Me and my friends drinks were lovely however the place had such an odd smell! The floor was also really unclean.
