Huge space with a few customers. Expensive. People pop in for the toilet. They're not happy with that much but on the motorway it has been advertised as toilet - not only for customers but anyone who need.
Otherwise the last service point to Chester direction, so make sure you stop there if you need!
Vacuous place selling indifferent coffee by disinterested staff. Toilets were pretty dirty with wet floors, litter and no toilet paper in the ladies. The car park is also heavily pot holed.
A decent cafe just off the motorway which is a handy place to have a stop. The facilities were clean and it had a very large interior with plenty of parking as well.
Some of the most miserable staff members I’ve ever come across ! Cannot smile, can’t say hello or good morning, never give a sleeve for a hot coffee. If it wasn’t for the fact it’s my closest Starbucks I’d never go! Such rude staff
Very pleasant service. Clean toilets. Good atmosphere. BUT the coffee was so bitter, I couldn't drink it, and expensive too.
It's OK as a takeaway but it's bew design means it's a bit barren inside and the tables did need clearing when we went.
This has recently been refurbished inside but outside is awful. The car park is littered with rubbish. Including empty beer cans. The car park is uneven and unsafe to walk on. The grass seems never to have been cut and is full of weeds.
It ruins the feel of the place.
If they just tied up, picked up the litter and cut the grass every so often it would be much better.
The car park needs resurfacing. The other Starbucks on the A55 seem to manage it.
Served quickly. Lots of space to sit down. Coffee was good too.
