This Starbucks coffee shop is as good as any of them. It's very clean, the toilets were immaculate and the staff were very friendly and welcoming on our visit. There is a petrol station right next to it. It is a good place to break a journey on the A1. My rating is comparing this starbucks and other similar coffee shops.
Stopped in after staying at Travelodge on site. Ordered coffee and breakfast. Naomi served me with a huge smile and was very helpful. Even crafting a leaf into the foam in my coffee which made me smile! Never had this at Starbucks anywhere else. Very nice touch. Will stop in again soon.
Very easy to miss as you are driving along the A1, only one or two small signs.
I actually turned off into a housing estate too early first time. The A1 is not the easiest of roads to get back onto with its fast moving traffic.
More and more of these stores are popping up, and much prefer stopping at a service station with a Starbucks as opposed to a Costa coffee.
Great coffee, friendly staff. Tried the new focaccia chicken and cheese toasty, very nice.
Pretty shambolic truth be told.
They had run out of all plant milk except coconut.
Food selection was limited.
It was completely empty when I arrived with one car on the drivethu yet it took quite a while for me to get served, and even longer for them to make my drink (which tasted awful when I did get it)
Only positive thing I can say is it seemed clean inside.
A stop off to break up a long journey. We often stop at this particular Starbucks.
Today the service was slow but ok. There wasn't a particularly good selection of savoury food today so I just had coffee and a cake share.
We were eating in but there were no plates! When I asked the server the response was they didn't have any, yet I could see them on tables!. Quite unbelievable really.
I had gingerbread latte festive drink and was disappointed to find that there was no gingerbread biscuit served with this any longer.
I think just a sign of the times where businesses are giving less for more.

Literally on the road, comfortable to get in. Normal Starbucks. Looks good. Toilets wasn’t clean but service was good.
Came for a drive through and waited for 15 mins by the window. When my drink was ready the lady serving did not say anything not even when I had said hello. She scanned my app gave me my drive and shut the window. My chai latte wasn’t that but hot water and milk. The milk was burnt and there was no chai flavouring whatsoever. As she had added hot water when I had asked just for milk the drink burnt my mouth. I could not drink it at all. It was horrid. Service and consistancy on how drinks at made needs to be taught here
What can I say about visiting this starbucks. The food is tasty but very expensive. The place is clean with friendly staff. I always enjoy the taste of anything I get from here, but have a nagging feeling that its a bad choice financially and morally compared to other places that you can grab something to eat.
