Everywhere was clean and tidy.
The service was great, despite being so busy.
We were served by Ellen, who was quick, efficient and friendly.
Staff were very helpful and also pleasant. S lovely lady called Ellen came to clear the table we sat down at. Such a nice person. Nothing too much bother. Chatty but not pushy. Did a good job cleaning up and left table like new. Staff like Ellen are hard to find by.
We had hot chocolate which was perfect and a lovely sweet fattening bun which was equally lovely. Very busy restaurant today. Thank you
Had cookies and cream Frappuccino, with chocolate and caramel drizzle, staff really friendly as and kieren was an amazing and really friendly and would recommend Starbucks make him employee of the month or reward him and was very helpful and tried to upsell, which I was happy to see, but not this time, two things missing whipped cream & chocolate drizzle, didn't have food
Great place to relax and work away waiting for your flight. Ellen was a stand out employee who was very helpful and pleasant when asked for assistance, a credit to the company!
Needed a quick coffee right before my flight and Ellen got it for me fast but definitely didn't decline on quality. Awesome environment, customer service here is great!
Was helped by a lovely lady at the service area called Ellen who took the time to help me get my tea bag out of my cup- as I have mobility issues - and also helped with the milk- that was going the extra mile and she was so friendly too. Definitely worth a mention and the Starbucks is so clean thanks to this lady
A very positive experience in airport Starbucks today while waiting for my flight. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful- special thanks to Ellen and the young man serving at the counter. Lots of smiles and happiness from them both!
Service was ok . Atmosphere was ok . It is located at the airport after all . Nice & relaxing while waiting for your flight. We don't usually frequent establishments like this . But we thought we'd give it a go . Purchased 2 medium cups of Tea . Unfortunately the Tea came in cardboard, not cups . The Tea was terrible. Very weak & tasteless. We were hoping for a lot more of a Tea drinking sensation . Especially after we had paid £7.20 for the privilege ! ......... I guess the moral of the story is . Don't expect good Tea from a glorified Coffee shop .... Luckily for us . We had in our possession some Irish blend Tea bags !! . Courtesy of the Ramada Hotel , Belfast..... After popping a few of them bad boys, into our £7.20 cardboard cups of dish water . We were good to go! . The dunking of our custard creams also heightened the experience !. So most thanks goes to the RAMADA HOTEL , BELFAST. Then we'd like to thank THOMPSON'S, IRISH TEA BLEND T bags ......Finally a very small thanks goes to Starbucks, for the hot water & paper cups . (Most expensive I would say though) . Ps ... If your wondering, the empty muffin wrapper was courtesy of Marks&Sparks . Belfast. Very nice it was . Thanks .
