Shop was quiet but every table and chairs were dirty with no space as they were stacked with used cups. Asked the young girl to clean table and she decided to casually walk around and clear the other tables before ours. The place was not busy at all. They were to busy taking on headphones instead of doing their job. Ended up clearing the table ourselves.
Toilet was dirty and when my poor boyfriend ordered (he has never been to starbucks before) they didn't explain sizing and gave him a random size instead of asking. It was delicious though! And they have a drive through, if you would want that.
Excellent as normal tasty and delicious and parking
Pretty good on all accounts. Clean tables but lots of uncleared tables and food on the floor! Staff were too busy serving on a busy Sunday. Prefer Costa Coffee flavour & food.
Not a very good experience. Asked for a plain hot chocolate for the staff member to do a hot chocolate with cream on. Explained it wasn't what I ordered so instead of making a fresh one he proceeded to scoop out the cream and top up with cold milk!!!
Staff too busy talking to each other to be bothered with customers..won't be returning
Met with friends after work for a coffee and croissant. Coffee was a little weak for my liking (tall latte) I probably should ask for an extra shot, but the latte milk was creamy and warm. The croissant (ham and cheese) was tasty. Staff friendly and service still reasonable despite the drive though being served from the same location.
Great coffee, great staff. Lovely and clean and quick service
After travelling for hours it was utmost pleasure to relax and enjoy our meal with lovely service etc. Thank them from us x
