Went there on Saturday. The guy who served us made a joke about how he was making mistakes all day( I am not going to name and shame) as he was new and it was real busy, hot, loud. We ordered a oat chai iced latte (making sure we said OAT latte more than 1time). Service was slow because 90% of the orders before ours were wrong(not just cos it was busy). When we finally got our order I took a sip and it just tested OFF and nasty, to me. Not the normal nuttiness you'd get from oat milk. I checked the label and I was served SEMI SKIMMED MILK. That literally made me puke and felt like crying. This is a real and serious matter. I understand it is my choice being VG but what if that was severed to a person with an intolerance or allergy, what were the consequences going to be?! The guy serving the coffee did not apologise(it was really busy and I understand his frustration as orders before ours were also put through the till wrogly) and he justify himself saying they just did want the order said(fair enough). Train your till ppl to listen to the customer. Show them the consequences of not doing so and serving allergy items to your customers who might have no choice but drink alternative milks.
Order arrived early. Driver was polite. I missed my morning Frappa so was excited to have one delivered to work. Still came cold and the banana slice was lovely. Order strawberry Frappuccino
Took over 8 minutes to get my coffee, maybe as I'm used to such great service in other Starbucks this seemed like it was so bad, staff didn't seem to care about customers and everything felt like it was an inconvenience sorry won't be coming back to this store.
- I’ve tried the strawberry açai at 4 other Starbucks at least; always a miss. It was a hot day and they stopped doing mango dragonfruit refreshers, so this was the next best thing at Stratford Westfield Starbucks—- such a lovely drink with a solid taste of strawberry, and I asked for less ice because of the painful brain freeze I get
- it’s a busy Starbucks as expected, seating can be very stupid though. Some of the chair tables are so so low…
- the service was lovely here, the cashier helped me decide on what to get and tried her best to provide good service
Rude staff member with the orange hair. Other staff accidentally charged wrong (had no issues) but the lady was being rude for no reason not only to me and other customers but her colleagues. Believes she’s the only capable staff when it’s far from the case. Needs to learn basic manners and drop the attitude
Very friendly service from a man at the till. It was a very busy time but he still served with a very friendly attitude :) Good
I was really in need of cheering up and I remember coming here before and they made my drink exactly how I liked it (not every Starbucks store I go to achieve this so I am very particular where I go to get my fix) and let’s just say I was a very happy bunny when I got my drink I would definitely come back here again! Anyone wondering I order an iced white chocolate mocha and have done so for many many years. ????
Rushed service received today,even though I was the only customer on that time. No attention to detail, just slammed my toastie next to the collection area near bins …I will definitely not comeback on this branch.
