Great to grab a drink & feet up from all that retail therapy thing ???? Good selection of eats & drinks as always ????
Would you like some coffee with your ice? I dont think i have ever been so disappointed in a coffee. Ordered this drink and a vanilla latte(which was lovely, extra start for that, otherwise would have been 1*) came to just over £10!!! No exaggeration four straw slurps and it was gone!
It was nice and clean And the coffee was good .The ham and cheese was good
I came the other day to get some food and a coffee. I was served by a lovely young gentleman called Louis. He very kindly brought my food and coffee over to my table with a nice smile. I was having a really rough day and I left with a smile on my face. Will definitely return. Young lad needs a raise!
Went in today around 7pm (Monday 18th march). The 2 staff serving were really really nice. I think the guy overheard me talking to my sister about the new matcha drink and he gave me a sample after I ordered my drink. They were both really friendly and a credit to the company.
Very nice cafe for a chain, situated within McArthur Glen Designer Outlet. I was very tired, hungry, and thirsty and needed a sit down.
The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient.
I had a huge mug of tea and a chocolate twist, both of which were very nice. Well done.
Great coffee with staff who are well trained as baristas. A good selection of types to try and if you order a large be prepared for a bucket size drink. Well worth a visit
How long does it take to make a coffee? Too long in here. Always a line, always very very slow service. Hesitant taking cash? Why? Always filthy and dirty cups and plates everywhere. Have some pride and clean your coffee shop and work efficiently. Won’t return.
