Absolutely disgusting place! Since when did it become a “dog’s day out”???
The seating and tables covered in dog hair?? Paw prints all over the chairs?? Dog water bowls under the table??? Where are the standards of cleanliness and hygiene for a place that sells food and drink?
Why suddenly is it ok to take dogs literally EVERYWHERE?? What about people who are allergic or just plain and simply DO NOT want to be subjected to animals when they are out for a coffee??
I cannot be alone in thinking this!?
Bought 3 Caramel Frappucino, they were the worst we ever had from Starbucks! Bland, no coffee or caramel taste, just full of ice! You can see in the pictures the colour! We got to half way and didn’t have any drink left, just ice!! Super disappointed! Service was appalling, gave me a medium size drink without even asking. Unfortunately we waited long enough for our drinks and we run out of time to go back and complain!
Efficient staff. Nice atmosphere, with different types of seating. However, the atmosphere could be improved by some cleaning. Floors, chairs and tables all dirty.
I don't think I've ever seen a clean table or floor in this particular Starbucks. The staff do have a habit of just standing and chatting rather than wipe the desperately crummy tables down. Many times I have remained seated for over an hour with a few drinks ordered and not a single table has been cleared or wiped, but i have observed staff loitering behind the counter looking bored. They could also do with tidying up their litter outside around the front carpark. Please, someone manage them!
Always very cozy atmosphere here, drinks are the usual for Starbucks. Well stocked with food options, service is quick and friendly. One of the only places I can take my dog if I need to get a coffee on our walks. Always clean and tidy.
All went well on this visit. Previous visit wasn't great though. It feels quite empty most times I visit and lacks any coffee shop atmosphere.
There seem to be a lot of the take away courier people loitering but little customers.
Like previous comments the staff here really lack any customer service skills and the service is quite cold.
This is my local starbucks. I go here alot for my usual caramel macchiato with cream and drizzle I love the dream and drizzle so often get a medium in a large cup to fill the rest with the topping. The staff are always nice, friendly and even when I have an episode or say random things they always just make me feel comfortable in or out of the store.

Pumpkin Spiced frapp was very nice the caramel and maple drink was like drinking dish water couldn’t taste the coffee in it at all and wasn’t very hot. The cinnamon swirl was very dry! For the money I wouldn’t go again
