Accompanied by good quality food and desserts it makes for us a memorable stay in a comfortable atmosphere . ????

Having tried so many Starbucks in the US on our honeymoon which we just returned from, I can honestly say that Starbucks East Grinsted tops them all .
It is a conclusive fact that it is the man who gives the taste to the coffee and not the place itself !????????

This place is normally brilliant, during the weekdays, Saturdays are terrible. There's never enough seating due to the terrible layout of the tables. Also, customers are constantly leaving the door open, so it makes the place cold and not enjoyable. I would normally rate this place as great, during the week, the staff are good during the week. On Saturdays, staff forgot my fruit toast, basically gave it to someone else. The refurb wasn't worth it .
I enjoy my free time with the blond rost flat white from Starbucks East Grinstead.
The personal is very polite and bring a smile on my face every time I come here.
It is clean and well organized.

The woman who served me didn't understand my drink... it's a basic venti blonde vanilla iced latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam.
Unfortunately what she read out to me is not what I ordered. Where she missed out the vanilla syrup within the coffee, my drink turned out bitter. So much so, I had to divert extra to come home to add my own!!! Not the experience you aim for on a passing experience within the supermarket.
Wasn't the man's fault who made my drink, purely confusion on the till workers side. Am reluctant to return... as an ex barista, drink orders aren't that complicated. Especially a basic iced vanilla latte with a foam topping...
A small but cosy and friendly branch, oddly located inside a Sainsbury's supermarket (it has its own little door at the side though). A surprisingly peaceful refuge from all the bustle of the main shop, even a couple of days before Christmas.
