Get given half a cup of coffee asked for a venti got a grande and for the price half a cup! told the guy it’s empty and he said it’s a light drink got home to half a cup go here everyday will have to check in future before driving off crazy for the cost of it that they can just give half a cup happened a few times now
The girl serving us continued drinking while serving us. She could not be bothered. Then we asked for a take away cup, got the cup and then had to ask for the lid separately. Not a very good experience
A nice relaxed roadside Starbucks attached to petrol station and shop.
The staff are pretty friendly, the service is fast and the tables actually cleaned and cleared.
It also has a drive through which seems to work well although I haven’t tried it myself.
Opening hours are pretty good so you can get a coffee most of the time. Pity it’s not actually a 24 hour one though.
Overall a positive experience, staff were friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. Premises were clean and tidy. Coffee and snacks were good. Perfect pit stop on way home! Thanks!
Great food, but as usual with all these new pop up starbucks the mens toilets are rancid! Get a cleaner and some cleaning equipment it's not hard is it!? No excuse.
Not good experience. Staff is not attended properly. Not a friendly. 3 staff members at the time, but no one was serving properly.
I ordered my coffee through Starbucks in Corby and it just hit me that I paid £28.08 for two coffees and two muffins.
The full thing I ordered was two venti Iced Caffè Mocha with an extra shot, skimmed milk with signature expresso. This was a rich full-bodied espresso with bittersweet mocha sauce, milk and ice. We had two cookie straws with this as I wanted to try it out and then we got two lemon and poppyseed muffins.
It arrived in about twenty minutes which was quite good and the drinks were delivered secured and had a bit of tape on the mouthpiece to not spill any coffee. The packaging was good but I disagreed with the delivery fee and the service charge being the maximum amount.
The drink itself was lovely though, it was a very rich flavour and I enjoyed the cookie straw even though mine was broken in half but my partner liked his. I don't think I'd order it through JustEat again, especially with the additional fees that I was charged. For what I paid for, it wasn't value for money.
Visited this Starbucks today, waited at the counter to be served, two workers in attendance and both were busy but not one of them acknowledged we were there and totally ignored us.
Just a quick 'will be with you in a minute' would have sufficed.
The employees need some up to date customer service training.
We left without buying anything
