I hate having to leave poor reviews but maybe the constructive criticism may help?? The starbucks didcot branch is my local when I'm visiting the uk ????????.. I visit and support many across the world ????.. The service in the Didcot branch is fine, quality of drinks fine HOWEVER the shop floors are always FILTHY! .. every time I visit, garbage, leftovers and food all strewn under tables and floor. Such a shame as this really lets the branch down and makes for an unpleasant visit. Hope the management reads this review and many others like mine all mentioning the same problem ????
Went in this morning had to wait as someone infront had a big order then the guy had a delivery order before mine. The guy serving chatted to me whilst I was waiting which was nice. When it was my turn to order I was given a free coffee for waiting a while. I really wasn't expecting this I was ready to pay. I didn't catch the man's name but fairplay to him never been given a free coffee for waiting a while. Thanks again to the guy who served me was rushed off his feet I owe him one
Starbucks don't seem to have store managers anymore. This means that there is a lack of quality control and oversight. The doors closest to the carpark open everytime someone is within a 50 metre radius, with the result that all seating in the vicinity is freezing. My flat white was more like an espresso because it was only half full with milk. I don't blame the staff, it's a problem of management and corporate greed. At least this visit it wasn't absolutely filthy.
I’ve come here today for the first time with a person I support. Ordered our drinks and when wanted to pay they don’t take cash, the lady that served was so kind and gave our coffee for free.

Very dirty floors and tables. They left our order waiting without calling and it wasn't busy. Chesse on toast was cold and one side done only, the other side had napkin sticking all over. Hot chocolate and cappuccino was not hot. We won't be going back.
Great coffee, great staff, nice venue... Very nice at making custom drinks...
Most of baristas are friendly and the drinks are good. Never been disappointed by this branch. Service was quite long 6 months ago but it seems to have improved now.
All staff are lovely and make the best drinks, couldn’t ask for a better study place ❤️
