It was pretty busy but the team was really fast and super efficient so we after ordering we had drinks within 2 minutes and there were about 4 people that were in front of us waiting when we paid
And it was on a Saturday afternoon
Staff member didn't pay attention to my order at all. My large caramel frappucino came out as a medium, my friend is lactose intolerant but got semi skimmed milk instead of coconut, and my blonde roast request fell on deaf ears.
Urgent retraining needed...
The worker was too busy talking with someone to take my order. Waited for good 3 minutes for her to finally pay attention me after I said “can u take my order” 5 times…. Then she made my drink wrong.
Clean , and refurbished coffee shop. Big seating area.
Good service although it’s generally quite busy on weekends. It might take 10’ to get your order.
Food and snack variety is good
A classic high street Starbucks, with friendly staff. Could do with being a bit cleaner, and feels a little dark at the back, but nice experience overall. Had the oat shaken espresso and a chocolate.
Good cup of coffee. Some of the staff ok , some have no people skills.
Downside, been here last few times and coffee been luke warm
I’ve only been here three times, and have never been to any other Starbucks before. My experience with this one is great, all the times the staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was fast enough!
Their brownies are yummy, and the ham and cheese croissant was amazing. Last two times I had an iced double chocolatey macchiato, I highly recommend it.
Walked in and got a medium hot chocolate with cream. The chocolate was good quality but the cream run down n not whipped. As a whole.. I felt my regular hot chocolate with cream was better than this one.
My three stars are for the product. I'd give five stars for service and everything else.
