I am a gold member and have been for many many years. I take my daughter in today and spent £15. The service was diabolical, the woman behind us got her drink first and the young dark skin lad said no no it’s free! This is after I spent £15. The queue was massive. Only two members of staff working. A man called Mark the area manager came behind the counter and instead of helping he simply had a laugh with a staff member and put an Hawaiian Garland on his head and laughed and walked off. If you check cctv you will see I am speaking the truth. Disgusting service and behaviour. My number is +447974444445 if you would like to call. Worst Starbucks experience ever!!!! Will never recommend this franchise to anybody!!!
It was very quiet when we went so nice and tidy and quick service. Family friendly with a good selection of drinks, with plenty of non coffee options, and some lovely bakery items with vegan options. I find it particularly kid friendly with things like cake pops, cookie straws, chocolate coins and lemonades and hot chocolate etc.
It was nice to find a comfy seat but the atmosphere isn't what it used to be in terms of cosiness, and coffees exceeding £5 seems incredible. Service was decent enough and it was a relaxed stopover for passing an hour.
Starbucks has always been my best place to hop in

Been coming here for ages, and will continue to come here for ages. Staff are amazing, great young guy used to remember my name and made the experience very personal, don’t believe he works there anymore. Lovely Hungarian woman in pink apron makes AMAZING drinks, very friendly and very fast. Would defo recommend.
Been Saturday early morning. The place was so clean and tidy. Good place
Clean and tidy. Staff absolutely amazing. Was served by Caitlin such a lovely young lady happy to help and always smiling and energetic. Noticed other customers very demanding and difficult… it’s just coffee calm down they must just be annoyed they have small penises… staff dealt with it amazingly.
Pleasant staff, but cafe lacked atmosphere and appeared in need of a revamp as a little tired.
