The service was pretty fast and was way better than the super-slow Kirkcaldy Starbucks. This Starbucks is near the Angus House and it's good to have something strong from Starbucks before attending a meeting at the Angus House. The customer service was fine. I ordered a cookies and cream Frappe and a Butter Croissant and both were up to the mark. The tables were also clean and there were lots of spaces when I visited.
First time visit today, very nice facilities but all down hill after that. Very slow service with drive through customers being treated as priority, (why ?) the bacon roll was terrible in quality, quantity and over priced all served by emotionless staff.
Next time I am in area will visit Greggs across the road, cheaper and has to be better. Will not be back.
Abysmal service. Joined drive through queue to be advised of 10 min wait and asked if we wished to order.
We opted not to but we're then held in the queue as the car in front was waiting, which could have easily been resolved by asking the customer to park in the car park.
No apology offered and no sense of customer service.
If you were in a hurry, this is not always best place to go, they can take a long time to serve you.
Depends on who is making drinks to whether it's tasty or not, and they always run out of cakes/ pastries early on. Otherwise it's just another Starbucks.
Very nice and new. Lots of seating and well set up to deal with the current pandemic. Staff are very friendly and, well, you know the menu.
Edit: I've been quite a few times now and it's actually very rare that they have everything i want to order. Last time I was there they never even had tea bags. I mean, seriously?
Had a very bad experience today. They mixed up my order, when I was trying to speak to them, no one cared. Eventually they re-made the coffee, but instead of a nice later I’ve got bitter cappuccino.
Staff standing around while their was tables needing clearing. Floor was filthy and there was only 1 other table occupied. Prices were way to high compared to other Starbucks.
This franchise really does go from bad to worse & that will be our last attempt here.
On this visit we entered, no customers in front but 3 employees making drive thru orders, no issues there. 5 minutes pass, zero acknowledgment from any staff as they continue to make & take new orders from drive thru, 10 minutes later we leave.
This is a service driven industry & they have now reached all time poor levels, it’s a shame because there are some food staff there, clearly lacking direction & good management.
