Oh deary me, first time coming in here and clearly the staff don't want to be there. Service wasn't great, no smiles or asking what milk I'd prefer with my coffee. Think I'll stick to Costa.
Have had my breakfast here for a long time as I work in the outlet. The other day I came in around 10am to get my usual. It was relatively quiet and when I went to the til there was no queue. The woman with pink hair had her back turnt away from me for a good few minutes and didn’t respond to me saying excuse me so I assumed she was busy. Then, I noticed she was on her phone. I was stood there for at least 5 minutes with no queue before I was served. Usually the customer service is amazing but today I was very disappointed.
Amazing workers, come here almost every day with my friend and they always treat us so nicely and are always so happy. Would highly recommend to anyone
Lovely drinks, staff always happy to help always a nice atmosphere, visit most days with a friends before work would 100% recommend
Can't really rate under food, as I got hot chocolate? Can't fault the drink, staff or service, a couple of flickering lights were kind of off putting though

First time in Swindon , decided to end our visit with a treat at Starbucks , arrived around 16:40 , ordered two toasties , a hot and cold drink to have in before hitting the road driving back to Bournemouth.
We were well disappointed to have our cheese and ham toasties in a take away bags where the hot, liquidity cheese was all running inside the paper bag as well as getting our hot drink in a take away cup where I surly was charged for dining in .
Lack of communication from staff was 100 percent the main issue as we should have been informed about this prior to paying as we would have definitely moved to the next cafe , I had to go to the till and ask for plate and cutlery and was given it with no words exchanged or apologise for the inconvenience.
I just don’t see why our food and drinks was not served properly as they were still to be open for another 90 minutes.
Three times in a row items have been missing from delivery orders. On one occasion apparently the item was sold out, the store were insistent that they tried to contact me to offer an alternative but I hadn't received any calls.
