We visit several times a year, and every time there is some kind of issue - lack of availability, getting our order wrong, uncleared and/or dirty tables… The staff are friendly enough but even when there are no customers to serve they just chat rather than clean.

Starbucks used and still prides itself for a great coffee. Why do they never brew fresh coffee all day long and they keep trying to push an americano?! A bit disappointed on that. Still, however, prefer it to a Costa.
An American staff member @ east bound Membury services TRACEY has helped me just now. Pulled in with terrible stamach.pain, the side effect of my chemo for stage 4 double lung cancer. She gave me hot water and a ginger shot, which has helped, wont take a penny, said its on her.
What a kind and caring person.... i cannot stress how much she has helped....there are angels on the m4, in the most suprising places. Thankyou Tracey, can drive soon xxxxxx
Staff too busy for walk-ins and did not care to serve anyone.

The team are friendly and pleased to help which makes a refreshing change. Customer service is not all about taking the money at the end of the month.

We came here to see a lady who worked here named (Nisha)
She had a very ugly and uncomfortable behavior and we only asked her to we ordered tea aswell
She raised her voice and very rudely said I told you to wait
Expect this kind of behavior if you come here
I haven't had worse service yet they give a hot mug of coffee without protection, the price with coffee is £ 3.65 as it is displayed on the board and you have to pay £ 3.70 and they say it's for a mug without customer information before buying I will never buy there again.
